Leech Killer Sync Service (the "Service") is the pairing server application of Leech Killer client software. This policy describes the types of personal information we may collect and how we use it to provide the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. You should know:
Account information. When you register with the Service, we will request some personal information, including your phone number, the device ID of the physical phone device your phone number bound to and Leech Killer client software runs on, the country/region your phone number belonging to, and an optional password, to create your account. The optional password is only used, along with your phone number and country/region, to authenticate your ownership of the account, in case the device ID may go out of your reach and you don't remember it (for example, if you lost your phone device). We also may collect information about the use of your account, such as how much storage you are using, how often you sync with the server and other information related to your registration and use of the Service.
Black/White List. Your Black/White List is stored and maintained on Leech Killer servers in order to provide the service. Leech Killer server application does data mining in all black lists collectively without personally identifying individuals, to collect the most reported black numbers/words for sharing (maybe along with black numbers/words we identify by other measures) among the users. The data mining of black lists is a totally mechanical and automatic process done solely by computer programs. I Wonder Phone employees do not access the content of your Black/White List unless you specifically request them to do so (for example, if you are having technical difficulties accessing your account) or if required by law, to maintain our system, or to protect I Wonder Phone or the public.
Log information. When you use your Leech Killer account, we collect certain information (the same information that most web sites log when they are accessed). This information, contained in the "header" of your request to access the Leech Killer server, usually includes the User Agent you used, your Internet Protocol address, and the date and time of day. We need this information to send the appropriate contents back to you. For example, this log information helps us determine what language you prefer so we can deliver News in that language to you if possible. The log information is also important for security, audit, quality improvement, and internal business purposes.
I Wonder Phone may send you via Leech Killer client software information related to your Leech Killer account or Leech Killer Sync Service. Because we believe such information is important, you will not be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
I Wonder Phone is committed to protecting the security of your information and takes reasonable precautions to protect it. However, Internet data transmissions, whether wired or wireless, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure and as a result we cannot ensure the security of information you transmit to us; accordingly, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your data transmission, we make all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems:
If I Wonder Phone learns of a security system breach we may attempt to notify you and provide information on protective steps, if available, through the News Panel in Leech Killer client software or posting a notice on our web site.
Personal information collected by the Service may be stored and processed in any country in which I Wonder Phone maintains facilities. By using the Service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a transfer of ownership of Leech Killer Sync Service or I Wonder Phone, such as acquisition by or merger with another company. In such an event, I Wonder Phone will notify you before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
